Return Process

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the seal remains intact.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in resaleable condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
